James Van Der Beek talked about his Dawson’s Creek co-star Katie Holmes in a new interview on EW.
I’m sure everyone asks you about Katie Holmes.
I find when most people ask me about that they don’t really care what I think — they wanna say what they think.When you see Katie now, is that the same Katie you knew years ago?
In some ways, yeah. She seems a little more mature, to be honest with you. I think people transpose whatever preconceptions they have about the whole thing onto whatever behavior they see. Honestly, I don’t see a big shift or difference. It’s her, but a little more mature and I think comfortable in her skin.

Katie Holmes slipped on a bikini for a day at the beach in Miami this afternoon. She had Suri by her side for the sandy trip and the mother-daughter duo hung out on their towels and splashed around in the ocean. Suri wore a sundress over her bathing suit to get in the water while Katie opted to cover her bikini bottoms with shorts. Katie and Suri are back in FL where Tom Cruise is filming Rock of Ages.

Katie started filming the comedy with Adam Sandler last week. Katie’s and Adam’s daughters Suri and Sadie are conveniently the same age, and the girls, along with Sadie’s sister Sunny, got together for a playdate as their mom and dad worked on Tuesday.

Dianna Agron would love to see her co-star Katie Holmes make a special appearance on Glee, alongside her daughter Suri.
The 24-year-old actress bonded with Holmes on the set of their new movie The Romantics, so would love her to make a cameo in the future.
“We had so much fun together on and off set,” reveals Dianna, best known for her role as cheerleader Quinn on the musical show.
“She has said to me that she and Suri watch the musical numbers and they love it. It would be awesome to get them on the show. That would be amazing.”
Katie Holmes and Isabella Cruise was spotted at Curry’s Art Store in Toronto.
